I'm off to my mom's house but just wanna greet you Happy Holidays! Haven't gone online for a long while and I wasn't able to send greetings to anyone at all (I'm a rather thoughtless bastard, ahaha) but I wanna say hello to you. Am playing Suikoden 3. It rocks! (one-track mind). |

you are darkolivegreen #556B2F | Your dominant hues are red and green, so you're definately not afraid to get in and stir things up. You have no time for most people's concerns, you'd rather analyze with your head than be held back by some random "gut feeling".
Your saturation level is lower than average - You don't stress out over things and don't understand people who do. Finishing projects may sometimes be a challenge, but you schedule time as you see fit and the important things all happen in the end, even if not everyone sees your grand master plan.
Your outlook on life is slightly darker than most people's. You try to see things for what they are and face situations honestly. You'd rather get to the point than look for what's good. </a> | | the spacefem.com html color quiz |

And the spoken part... BOL. Small wonder you didn't turn off Gakuto yet. Could this be what's more important than tennis? lol.
And watching Tenipuri's got me poring through temps_mort again. I'm curious to see Yuuta, caillen XD. |

Nanjiroh: "Who the heck made a tennis court here?" Angry Shiba: "It can only be you!"
Can I make a request? Can any of you good folk make me a Nanjiroh icon? Or a Nanjiroh and Ryoma one would be good, too. Or a Nanjiroh and Karupin one lol. I can't seem to make decent caps of him. Yes, dammit, I'm a damn fangirl of that pervert ojisan. Watching him play barefoot and dissing his "presumptuous dwarf" of a son is just too much. God, no wonder Ryoma's so dead set on winning against his dad. I'd pay good money to see that match. Sadist much, father dear lol.
mithas, I'm being a good little girl and watching. Not like you need to tell me twice anymore. Tenipuri's a perfect pick-me-up for morose moods. Okay, maybe I'm not watching fast enough (ep.8 T_T) but hey, I'm savouring the moments. Yes, I can't believe I'm even watching through the freshmen fangirling. Can't wait till I get to the other club matches.
I like how they intersperse scenes of Ryoma playing with cut scenes of his dad doing the bored thing (for obvious reasons). I also like how a game is commented on by its watchers but doesn't actually say what Ryoma is thinking. Making the entire thing consistent with Ryo's personality, until he says something.
(To Tezuka) "Charisma eh?" (raising of eyebrow, evil grin). Ep. 6 had me thinking that the Coach is a yaoi fangirl lol. And I can't fucking believe I'm actually enjoying "Da Da Da" now. Doing the John Travolta whenever it comes on. Evil. And I just wanna say for the record that Momo has a bad singing voice. At least he sings though, which is more than I can say for Inui. |

Saw this movie where the actors and actresses had to sleep with the director to get the job. Yes, both male and female, and yes, the director really said that in the interview. Not surprising, since one of them is Ryan Gossling (the uke-ish guy from that Sandra Bullock film a while back). A movie rec: "People I Know" starring Al Pacino and produced by Robert Redford. |

| | Tsuki no Uta : Gackt | ] | Ah yes, Gakuto-sama. One of them rare artists on my list whose discography I actually read seriously for updates (and whose music I search for, more than photos). Found an interesting tidbit to his new maxi single, Tsuki no Uta (Song of the Moon) - it's the ending theme to a new anime by Madhouse (one of my all-time favourite studios) called Texhnolyze. Someone check this out, I like that guy sitting on the site almost immediately.
Am seriously searching now for the Moon Child DVD, dammit. Downloaded the making of the movie, and lo and behold, it's action! Watch Gackt do acrobatic martial arts and Hyde go trigger-happy. Cris found the highly fantastical gun-reloading scene quite hilarious (where Hyde throws a magazine and Gackt catches the thing sideways in midair with his gun). Asian action movies, gotta love 'em. I sure hope there isn't any love angle thingie in it. |

| | Thelonius Monk : Solo Blues Piano | ] | "To say that I love this or that part of a person - because a person can't be divided into pieces like that, some to keep and others to be thrown away...it's like saying that a person can only be one thing or the other: that an assassin can't also be gentle, or that a someone whose work is to protect other people can't be selfish inside his own heart."
"But Subaru-kun... "I'm /not/ a gentle person."
"I watch you...You're always gentle, except when you choose not to be."
After all this time, the story of Subaru and Seishirou never fails to strike a chord in me, and on one hand, I'd like to blame Natalie Baan's Sakura and Snow for ruining my general Clamp fic reading pleasure forever. That was a joke, of course, but it holds a bit of truth in a way.
Just got through rereading the entire series again and this time, a nice sorta contentment fell over me in that there were details I missed before that I understood now, which made me appreciate S/S all the more. There's something to be said about enjoying a fic and thinking it to death at the same time (big pain). Yet I relished this little trip because it's one of the few I took (in any fandom, yaoi or slash) that made me whip out almost all my logical "suspend-disbelief" powers and yet, hadn't been too obsessively cerebral about it. Mind and heart working in unison, who could ask for more?
( I know what you are and I want to stay... )
And uh, I ended it there. I love this pair. |
